How Does True Back Work

Watch How it Works

Video Home

The unique patented design of TRUE BACK is quite simple; while laying on the device the spine floats in the centre channel. The thirty suspension points molded into the centre rails support your body weight and create pressure to the muscles which are located on each side of the spine. The pressure enables the muscles to relax. While lying on True Back, the back is passively strectch in opposite directions while being supported in the correct position.

The end result is something you have to experience to believe.

Simple Directions for Use:

Place True Back on the floor and lie on it for 3-5 minutes in each Direction.

The uniqueness of True Back:

is designed to work your neck, shoulders, upper, middle and lower back. This is achieved by simply turning the True Back around.

Real True Back Reviews

  • NECK PAIN

Neck pain can occur when the muscles of your neck or upper back become tense and cause stiffness and soreness. It can also come from a misalignment of the spine. This can get so bad that it becomes nearly impossible to turn your head.

How to use the True Back for neck pain

    Step 1.

Start with the high end of the True Back at your upper back.

Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the cushion under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

Slowly work the cushion out, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the cushion is gone completely if possible. Do not continue this past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.

To increase the stretching effect, put your legs down and move your arms away from your sides and hold them out at shoulder level.

To further increase the stretching effect place your arms above your head

    Step 3.

For extra massage pressure, for the muscles on either side of the spine, remove the foam inserts.

    NOTE:

Use the True Back several times a day as needed to stretch out your neck and give yourself relief from neck pain. You’ll get more relief from several shorter treatments throughout the day than you will from one long session.

  • Sciatica Pain

Sciatica can range from annoying to crippling pain. Radiating from the buttocks to the lower leg, this is caused by a pinched nerve in the lower back. Since the sciatic nerve is the largest in the body it affects a large area of the body.

How to use the True Back for Sciatica

To help with sciatic pain, you’re going to use the True Back on the lower back. This may help to decompress the pinched nerve quickly.

    Step 1.

Start with the high end of the True Back at your lower back.

Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the pillow under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

Slowly work the pillow out completely, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the pillow is gone if possible. Do not continue past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.

To increase the stretching effect, put your legs down and move your arms away from your sides and hold them out at shoulder level.

To further increase the stretching effect place your arms above your head.

    Step 3.

For extra massage pressure, for the muscles on either side of the spine, remove the foam inserts.

    NOTE:

Use the True Back several times a day as needed to stretch out your back and give yourself relief from back pain. You’ll get more relief from several shorter treatments throughout the day than you will from one long session.

  • Upper Back Pain

Upper back pain, including that nagging pain between the shoulder blades, can make it difficult to move freely.

How to use the True Back for upper back pain

    Step 1.

Start with the high end of the True Back at your upper back. This precisely targets this exact area of the back so you can feel better fast. This will also help with neck pain which may be caused by upper back pain.

Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the support cushion under your head to give your head as much support as possible

Slowly work the cushion out, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the cushion is gone if possible.

    NOTE:

Use the True Back several times a day as needed to stretch out your upper back and neck to give yourself relief from back and neck pain. You’ll get more relief from several shorter treatments throughout the day than you will from one long session.

  • Middle Back Pain

How to use the True Back for middle back pain

To help with middle back pain, you’re going to use the True Back on both the upper and lower back equally, which will treat the middle back from both directions. This gives all over relief from back pain.

    Step 1.

Start with the high end of the True Back at your upper back.

Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the pillow under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

Slowly work the pillow out completely, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the pillow is gone if possible. Do not continue this past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.

To increase the stretching effect, put your legs down and move your arms away from your sides and hold them out at shoulder level.

    Step 3.

For extra massage pressure, for the muscles on either side of the spine, remove the foam inserts.

    Step 4.

Now turn the True Back around and do the exact same sequence as above, this time treating the lower back. The combination will give relief to the middle back as well as the upper and lower back.

    NOTE:

Use the True Back several times a day as needed to stretch out your back and give yourself relief from back pain. You’ll get more relief from several shorter treatments throughout the day than you will from one long session.

  • Lower Back Pain

Lower back pain can make it difficult to get up, walk or move about. It can even be severe enough to keep you in bed all day. Whether from tense muscles or your spine going out of alignment, lower back pain is awful to deal with.

How to use the True Back for lower back pain

To help with lower back pain, you’re going to use the True Back mainly on the lower back, which may provide relief in a matter of minutes.

    Step 1.

Start with the high end of the True Back at your lower back.

Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the pillow under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

Slowly work the pillow out completely, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the pillow is gone if possible. Do not continue this past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.

To increase the stretching effect, put your legs down and move your arms away from your sides and hold them out at shoulder level.

To further increase the stretching effect place your arms above your head.

    Step 3.

For extra massage pressure, for the muscles on either side of the spine, remove the foam inserts.

    NOTE:

Use the True Back several times a day as needed to stretch out your lower back and give yourself relief from back pain. You’ll get more relief from several shorter treatments throughout the day than you will from one long session.
