The unique patented design of TRUE BACK is quite simple; while laying on the device the spine floats in the centre channel. The thirty suspension points molded into the centre rails support your body weight and create pressure to the muscles which are located on each side of the spine. My last back bout lasted two years. Four MRI’s and 2 scans later, a consult with a Surgeon in A.C.T and a Neurologist in Sydney and spending thousands of dollars; I was told to go home and make the best of it. The best of what? At first I could not lay down on the device without three pillows. After nearly a week, I didn’t need the pillows. I am on and off the device up to twenty times a day for a minute or two.   • NECK PAIN

    Neck pain can occur when the muscles of your neck or upper back become tense and cause stiffness and soreness. It can also come from a misalignment of the spine. This can get so bad that it becomes nearly impossible to turn your head.

    How to use the True Back for neck pain

    Step 1.

    Start with the high end of the True Back at your upper back.

    Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the cushion under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

    Slowly work the cushion out, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the cushion is gone completely if possible. Do not continue this past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.

    To increase the stretching effect, put your legs down and move your arms away from your sides and hold them out at shoulder level.

    To help with sciatic pain, you’re going to use the True Back on the lower back. This may help to decompress the pinched nerve quickly.

    Step 1.

    Start with the high end of the True Back at your lower back.

    Ease onto the True Back, starting with your knees up and the pillow under your head to give your head as much support as possible.

    Slowly work the pillow out completely, this will give you more stretching in the area. Do this until the pillow is gone if possible. Do not continue past where it is uncomfortable.

    Step 2.
